However, maturity assessment in the field is still largely conducted manually, leading to subjectivity and low efficiency. This study aims to analyze the performance of YOLOv8 in detecting three coffee fruit maturity levels—unripe, semi-ripe, and ripe—and to evaluate the impact of different training configurations on model performance. The experiments were conducted using the public “Coffee Cherry” dataset from Kaggle, consisting of 432 images with 1000 bounding box annotations. Several configurations were evaluated, including YOLOv8 variants (n, s, m), image sizes, batch sizes, number of epochs, and data augmentation techniques based on HSV color space, object scaling, and mixup. The results show that YOLOv8s provides the best balance between detection accuracy and computational efficiency. The optimal configuration was achieved using an image size of 416, batch size of 8, and 30 epochs, with augmentation improving recall and mAP@50, particularly for challenging classes. Nevertheless, limited dataset size and diversity remain the main constraints affecting performance. Overall, YOLOv8 demonstrates strong potential for coffee fruit maturity detection under real-world conditions.
2026-07-16T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Roma Rio Simbolon, Muhammad Faza Hanifan, Mohamad Khoirun Najib, Elis Khatizah, Sri Nurdiati http://jurnal.yalamqa.com/index.php/aqlu/article/view/723 IDENTIFIKASI SPESIES GURITA DI SELAT ALAS 2026-06-24T05:02:35+07:00 L.A.T.T.W. For some ADHD children, especially those with associated learning disabilities, self-regulation can present an even greater challenge, requiring parents most optimal involvement. The objective of the study was to explore parental strategies regarding the development of self-regulation in children with an empirical diagnosis of ADHD and intellectual disabilities (ID) by means of a literature review approach. this research method is a qualitative literature review by analysis: deliberately scrutinizing scientific sources. Parenting strategies that increase children`s self-regulation skills as clear parenting practices, daily routine, positive reinforcement with rats and when parents use emotional coaching (attention) to kids and parent modeling of their willingness to self-regulate such behaviours. Moreover, enhancing factors such as parental awareness, family support, school coordination and professional help reinforce the effectiveness of these strategies. Parenting stress, lack of knowledge, low financial status and social stigma are the major challenges that may slow down the developmental process. In conclusion, at least for children diagnosed with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and intellectual disabilities, a concert between family, school and social environment is needed to maximize children cognitive-emotional-social development toward self-regulation
2026-07-16T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Santa Maria Br Saragih Garingging, Sri Nurhayati Selian http://jurnal.yalamqa.com/index.php/aqlu/article/view/736 PERAN ILMU LINGUISTIK DALAM PERKEMBANGAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN SAINS 2026-07-07T05:51:42+07:00 I Gusti Ngurah Octova Seventilofa rahocta@yahoo.com Ngurah Artha Yoga Pratama arthayoga47@gmail.com I Gusti Ngurah Bagus Yoga Widiadnya yogawidiadnya16@gmail.com
The rapid development of information technology and science has increased the need for interdisciplinary collaboration, including the contribution of linguistics. The success of giant gourami culture is strongly influenced by water quality, particularly dissolved oxygen availability, which can be improved through aeration. This study aimed to analyze the effect of aeration intensity on the growth and feed utilization efficiency of giant gourami (Osphronemus goramy) juveniles. The research was conducted from March to April 2026 at the Wet Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries, Universitas 45 Mataram. An experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was used, consisting of four treatments and three replications. The treatments included P0 (without aeration), P1 (one air stone), P2 (two air stones), and P3 (three air stones). The results showed that the highest absolute weight growth was obtained in treatment P3, reaching 0.80 g/day, while the lowest was observed in P0 at 0.65 g/day. The highest absolute length growth was also recorded in P3 at 0.23 cm/day, whereas the lowest was found in P0 at 0.14 cm/day. The best FCR value was obtained in treatment P1 with a value of 1.98, while the highest feed utilization efficiency (FUE) was also observed in P1 at 50.42%. ANOVA results indicated that different aeration intensities did not significantly affect (Sig. >0.05) either weight growth or length growth of giant gourami juveniles. Treatment P3 resulted in the best growth performance, while treatment P1 provided the most efficient feed utilization.
2026-07-20T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Dini Safira, Hamid Hamid, Aminullah Aminullah
