Abstract

The target of this study is to discover the impact of service usability and feature availability of BPD Mobile Banking services, both separately and simultaneously, on user interest. This study was conducted at Bank BPD Bali, Tabanan Branch. The study population consisted of all customers who use BPD mobile banking at Bank BPD Bali, Tabanan Branch, with a research sample of 100 respondents. The analysis methods utilized involving Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, F Test, also t Test. The results of the study stipulate that service usability possesses a significant positive influence on user interest, while the availability of service features also shows a significant positive influence on user interest. Simultaneously, both service usability and feature availability possess a positive and significant impact on user interest. The researcher recommends that Bank BPD Bali, Tabanan Branch, continue to innovate in their mobile banking services, in order to increase transaction speed, add features needed by users, support various financial activities, and always provide complete and useful features to strengthen their position compared to competitors.
