Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable (A Study at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency/BPKAD Office of Karangasem Regency). The population in this study consists of all employees at BPKAD Karangasem, totaling 81 individuals. The sampling technique used is a census or saturated sampling method. The analytical methods employed include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, and path analysis. The results of the analysis indicate that: (1) organizational culture has a positive influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); (2) organizational commitment has a positive influence on OCB; (3) organizational culture positively affects employee performance; (4) organizational commitment positively affects employee performance; (5) OCB positively affects employee performance; (6) OCB serves as an intervening variable in the influence of organizational culture on employee performance; and (7) OCB also acts as an intervening variable in the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at BPKAD Karangasem. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the leadership of BPKAD Karangasem enhance organizational culture, strengthen organizational commitment, improve OCB, and further develop employee performance.
