The pathogenicity of this bacteria is related to its virulence factors, including its ability to form biofilms that increase antibiotic resistance and host immune responses. One alternative approach to controlling infection is to disrupt the bacterial quorum sensing (QS) communication system through a quorum quenching mechanism. This study aims to analyze the potential of octopus ink extract as a quorum quenching agent in inhibiting S. agalactiae biofilm formation in aquaculture. The method used was a systematic literature review by collecting and analyzing various scientific sources such as journals, books, and relevant articles. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis techniques by selecting the literature most relevant to the research topic. The results of the study indicate that octopus ink contains bioactive compounds, especially alkaloids, which have the potential to inhibit the QS system, suppress the expression of virulence factors, and inhibit bacterial biofilm formation. In addition, octopus ink extract also has the potential to improve the immune system of farmed fish. Thus, octopus ink extract has the potential to be developed as an environmentally friendly antibiofilm and immunostimulant agent. Further research is needed to identify specific active compounds and test their effectiveness and safety on a cultivation scale.
Rangga Idris Affandi Bagus Dwi Hari Setyono I Made Dedi Mahariawan Jefri Anjaini Feri Setiawan Copyright (c) 2026 Rangga Idris Affandi, Bagus Dwi Hari Setyono, I Made Dedi Mahariawan, Jefri Anjaini, Feri Setiawan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-06-03 2026-06-03 20 2 256 266 10.59896/gara.v20i2.639 MENELISIK PENGIMPLEMENTASIAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI DALAM MEMBENTUK KOMITMEN ORGANISASI DI KAMPUS STIE SATYA DHARMA SINGARAJA http://jurnal.yalamqa.com/index.php/gara/article/view/632
This research was conducted at the STIE Satya Dharma Singaraja School of Economics which aims to determine the implementation of spiritual-based organizational culture in forming organizational commitment on the STIE Satya Dharma Singaraja campus. West Denpasar District is one of the areas that experienced this condition, especially in Padangsambian Kelod Village which in recent years has faced local inundation and flooding at a number of points. This study aims to analyze the impact of changes in spatial patterns on urban drainage performance and formulate a catchment-based green infrastructure design as a more sustainable water management strategy. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through field observations, interviews, document reviews, and mapping of spatial pattern changes. The results of the study show that the increase in built-up area in West Denpasar District has increased surface runoff and increased the existing drainage load, thus triggering inundation, especially on Jalan Gunung Salak and Jalan Gunung Tangkuban Perahu. Efforts that have been made, such as channel normalization, construction of new drainage, and retention ponds, have not been fully effective because they are still oriented towards accelerating water flow. This research offers a green infrastructure-based drainage channel design through the addition of biopore infiltration holes at the bottom of the channel, the use of reinforced concrete, and erosion protection with riprap and vegetation. The design is not only geared towards increasing flow capacity, but also strengthening infiltration, filtering pollutants, and supporting the sustainability of urban drainage systems. This study confirms that drainage management in urban areas requires a paradigm shift from water drainage systems to water management systems based on catchment and ecological adaptation.
Tjokorda Istri Praganingrum Anak Agung Ratu Ritaka Wangsa I Putu Mahesa Pramana Putra Copyright (c) 2026 Tjokorda Istri Praganingrum, Anak Agung Ratu Ritaka Wangsa, I Putu Mahesa Pramana Putra https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-06-03 2026-06-03 20 2 333 340 10.59896/gara.v20i2.631 NILAI-NILAI PANCASILA DALAM PENGUATAN KARAKTER MAHASISWA DI ERA DIGITAL http://jurnal.yalamqa.com/index.php/gara/article/view/638
This study explains that in this digital era, students are required not only to be academically intelligent but also to possess strong character to face the increasingly sophisticated and innovative changes of the times. The research methodology used is normative juridical with a legislative and conceptual approach. Research results indicate that although the ITE Law was designed to create order in the digital space, several vague articles such as defamation and hate speech often create a chilling effect that hinders healthy public participation. Although the second revision of the ITE Law (Law 1/2024) has attempted to provide clearer boundaries, the challenges of fair law enforcement and the protection of human rights remain central issues in Indonesia's digital democracy
Ida Ayu Sintya Naraswari Manuaba I Gusti Agus Yuda Trisna Pramana Ni Putu Candra Gunasari Copyright (c) 2026 Ida Ayu Sintya Naraswari Manuaba, I Gusti Agus Yuda Trisna Pramana, Ni Putu Candra Gunasari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-06-03 2026-06-03 20 2 411 416 10.59896/gara.v20i2.671 PERAN NOTARIS PEMALSUAN AKTA BERDASARKAN KITAB UNDANG-UNDANG HUKUM PIDANA BARU (UU NO. 1 TAHUN 2023) http://jurnal.yalamqa.com/index.php/gara/article/view/668
The enactment of Law Number 1 of 2023 concerning the Criminal Code marks a significant reform of Indonesia’s national criminal law system. One of the legal issues that directly affects the profession of public officials concerns the offense of falsifying authentic deeds. As public officials authorized to issue authentic deeds, notaries are particularly vulnerable to criminal allegations involving forged documents. This article aims to examine the redefinition of the offense of forgery and the limits of criminal liability imposed on notaries under the New Criminal Code. The study employs a normative juridical method using both statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that the New Criminal Code adopts a stricter and more objective formulation of the offense of authentic deed forgery. A notary should not be held criminally liable when the falsification originates from the bad faith of the appearing parties who submit forged supporting documents. Legal protection for notaries may be ensured through the strict application of the mens rea principle by law enforcement authorities. In conclusion, strengthening the formal verification process of supporting documents constitutes the primary instrument for mitigating criminal liability risks faced by notaries under the current legal framework.
Ida Ayu Windhari Kusuma Pratiwi I Kadek Adi Surya Ida Bagus Wirya Dharma Copyright (c) 2026 Ida Ayu Windhari Kusuma Pratiwi, I Kadek Adi Surya, Ida Bagus Wirya Dharma https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-06-03 2026-06-03 20 2 417 422 10.59896/gara.v20i2.668 DETERMINAN PRODUKSI PADI DI INDONESIA: KONTRIBUSI LUAS AREAL PANEN DAN KREDIT USAHA PERTANIAN http://jurnal.yalamqa.com/index.php/gara/article/view/673
Rice production plays a vital role in national food security due to the high per‑capita consumption of rice in Indonesia. The primary issues examined are the normative position of blanket strafbepalingen within the construction of anti-corruption law in Indonesia and the dogmatic implications of the Constitutional Court's decision on criminal law doctrine. Employing a normative legal research method with statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches, this study reveals two main findings. First, the position of blanket strafbepalingen in Article 14 of the Anti-Corruption Law is philosophically parallel to the Technology Neutral Regulation (TNR) theory as an adaptive legislative technique to prevent regulatory aging (ossification). However, in Indonesian positive law, its applicability is strictly limited by a bridging article requiring a literal corruption clause within sectoral laws to uphold the principle of legal certainty (lex certa). Second, the Constitutional Court Decision Number 123/PUU-XXIII/2025, which rules that Article 14 can still be triggered as long as the act in sectoral laws "meets the elements of corruption," brings problematic implications. The Court fell into a legal simplification by merely examining the stage of tatbestandsmäßigkeit (fulfillment of formal elements) while neglecting the aspects of wesenschau (substantial nature of the offense) and the original intent of the lawmakers. Practically, this decision perpetuates the Anti-Corruption Law as an expansive ("omnibus") or draconian tool that potentially degrades the existence of sectoral criminal laws and their administrative mechanisms.
Ahwan Ahwan Nunung Rahmania Copyright (c) 2026 Ahwan Ahwan, Nunung Rahmania https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-06-25 2026-06-25 20 2 621 630 10.59896/gara.v20i2.714 PENGARUH PENANAMAN MODAL ASING DAN PENANAMAN MODAL DALAM NEGERI TERHADAP PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO KABUPATEN LOMBOK BARAT TAHUN 2014–2023 http://jurnal.yalamqa.com/index.php/gara/article/view/725
This study aims to analyze the effect of foreign direct investment (FDI) and domestic direct investment (DDI) on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of West Lombok Regency. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with EViews 10, accompanied by tests of classical assumptions, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that, when analyzed individually, FDI has a negative and significant effect on RDP, while DDI has a positive but insignificant effect on RDP. When analyzed simultaneously, both FDI and DDI have a significant effect on the RDP of West Lombok Regency. The coefficient of determination indicates that 65.75% of the variation in GRDP can be explained by FDI and DDI, while the remainder is influenced by other variables outside the model. These findings suggest that investment continues to play a crucial role in regional economic growth, but its effectiveness is strongly influenced by the quality of investment, the target sector, and its alignment with the local economic structure.
Budi Kurniawan Iwan Harsono Irwan Suriadi Copyright (c) 2026 Budi Kurniawan, Iwan Harsono, Irwan Suriadi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2026-06-29 2026-06-29 20 2 631 641 10.59896/gara.v20i2.725 PENENTUAN PUSAT PERTUMBUHAN DAN DAERAH HINTERLAND SEBAGAI UPAYA PENGEMBANGAN WILAYAH DIKABUPATEN LOMBOK TIMUR NUSA TENGGARA BARAT http://jurnal.yalamqa.com/index.php/gara/article/view/726
Regional development in East Lombok Regency requires the identification of growth centers, hinterland areas, and leading sectors to support more balanced regional development. This study aims to identify districts that function as growth centers and their hinterland areas, analyze the interaction between growth centers and hinterland regions, and identify basic sectors that can be developed as regional leading sectors. This research employed a quantitative approach using Scalogram Analysis with the Guttman Binary method, Gravity Model Analysis, and Location Quotient (LQ) Analysis. The data analyzed included public service facilities, population, inter-regional distance, and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) data of East Lombok Regency and West Nusa Tenggara Province. The results of the Scalogram Analysis identified four growth centers, namely Masbagik, Selong, Pringgabaya, and Keruak Districts, with a Coefficient of Reproducibility (COR) value of 0.905, indicating that the model was reliable. The Gravity Model Analysis revealed that each growth center has a distinct hinterland area, with Masbagik having the widest hinterland coverage and the strongest regional interaction. Furthermore, the regional interaction pattern was found to be radial and hierarchical. The LQ analysis showed that agriculture, forestry and fisheries, manufacturing industry, and wholesale and retail trade including motor vehicle and motorcycle repair are the region’s basic sectors. This study aims to analyze the legal regulation of financial influencers in digital investment promotion in Indonesia, identify existing vacuum of norm, and formulate an ideal regulatory framework to ensure investor protection and legal certainty. This research employs a normative legal method using statutory, conceptual, and comparative approaches. Legal materials were collected through library research and analyzed qualitatively. The findings reveal that Indonesia has not yet established specific regulations governing the legal status, obligations, competency standards, supervision, and liability of financial influencers in digital investment promotion. This vacuum of norm weakens investor protection and creates legal uncertainty regarding accountability for harmful investment promotions.
