Student academic stress is very important as the body's response to facing academic demands, in this case the demand to complete a final assignment or thesis as a stressful experience which becomes a strength within the student to be managed well. Academic stress is influenced by coping strategies and parental social support as external factors. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection tools used a coping strategy scale, parental social support scale and academic stress scale. The participants in this research were 78 students in the Christian Religious Education study program at the Kupang State Christian Religion Institute. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this research prove that coping strategies and social support have a positive and significant effect on students' academic stress in completing their final assignments by 46.6%. Coping strategies contributed 20% and parental social support contributed 26.6% to students' academic stress in completing their final assignments. The higher the coping strategies and the role of positive social support from parents, the more it can increase students' academic stress as a strength to manage academic stress in doing their final assignments well.
Semarlin Oktoviana MamoFransiska NggeongFredericksen Victoranto Amseke

Emotional stability refers to not over-expressing emotions, as excessive emotional expression can harm both physical and mental health. Meanwhile, self-control is an individual's ability to sensitively read situations, understand their own capabilities and the environment, and manage factors influencing student behavior in various situations. Students with good emotional stability tend to be able to control themselves, and vice versa. The research question in this study is whether there is a relationship between emotional stability and self-control among Grade XI students at SMAN 1 Keruak for the 2024/2025 academic year. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between emotional stability and self-control among at SMAN 1 Keruak in the 2024/2025 academic year. The data collection technique in this study uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale as the primary data source and documentation as the supporting data source. This study uses a quantitative correlational method with a population and sample of 27 students in grade XI at SMAN 1 Mataram. Data analysis of the research results used inferential statistics, specifically the Spearman rank correlation test. The research findings revealed a strong and significant relationship between Emotional Stability and Self-Control Among Grade XI Students at SMAN 1 Keruak for the 2024/2025 Academic Year, as indicated by the Spearman rank correlation test result of 0.509.
Alan Kurnia MaulanaHariadi AhmadM.
This study discusses the validity and legal force of electronic factoring agreements from the perspective of civil law and positive law in Indonesia. In the digital era, the use of electronic documents and signatures has become increasingly common as a means of efficiency in business transactions, including factoring agreements. However, issues arise regarding the validity and evidentiary value of agreements made electronically. This study aims to analyze how the Indonesian legal system, through Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (UU ITE) and its amendments, as well as the Civil Code (KUHPerdata), provides a legal basis for the validity of these electronic agreements. The research method used is normative juridical with a statutory and conceptual approach. The results of the analysis indicate that electronic factoring agreements have legal validity if they meet the requirements for a valid agreement as stipulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code, namely the existence of an agreement, the capacity of the parties, a specific object, and a lawful cause. Meanwhile, its legal force is supported by the provisions of Article 5 and Article 11 of the ITE Law which recognizes electronic documents and signatures as valid evidence. Thus, factoring agreements made electronically have the same legal standing as conventional agreements, as long as they are made with due regard for the principle of prudence, the authenticity of the parties' identities, and the security of the electronic system used. This research emphasizes the importance of adapting civil law to legal certainty and protection for parties in electronic contract transactions
Gina Afina Ulfa Fariha

Hyperactive children often face challenges in social interactions due to behavior characterized by excessive movement, difficulty maintaining attention, and impulsivity, which is often associated with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The aim of this research is to explore the social behavior of hyperactive children and its treatment in an educational context and to understand how hyperactive behavior affects children's social interactions. This research method is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research were one parent who had a hyperactive child, one teacher, and the principal at PAUD Margherita Ricci Curbastro Osiloa. Research results show that children with hyperactive behavior often experience difficulties in social interaction. Movement that is difficult to keep still is one of the characteristics that hinders their ability to interact with their peers and the surrounding environment. Teachers are advised to create an inclusive classroom environment because every child feels welcome with flexible management strategies according to the child's needs. Parents are advised to provide consistent emotional support and take time to talk about their children's feelings so they feel heard and cared for. With close collaboration between teachers and parents, it is hoped that hyperactive children can better face the social challenges they experience and achieve optimal development in social and emotional aspects
Fredericksen Victoranto AmsekeAlya Bien

The purpose of this study was to analyze the drainage channel dimensions in relation to rainfall discharge in Ampenan District. The types of research that can be used in dimensional analysis of drainage channels include descriptive methods and quantitative approaches. The results show that the dimensions of the Ampenan District drainage channel, with a cross-sectional area of 2.99 m2 and a flow velocity of 18,609 m3/s, result in the existing or control discharge (QT) of 55,640 m3/s. Meanwhile, rainfall results in a design discharge (QT) of 1,8018 m3/s, so the control discharge is greater than the design discharge (QT < QR), indicating that the channel dimensions are still adequate and can accommodate rainfall.
Agata MaloAminullah AminullahMuhamad Yamin

The purpose of this study was to determine the condition and system of domestic wastewater piping in Mekarsari Village. This type of research is a case study in Mekarsari Village related to the condition of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL). The results of the study indicate that the piping system uses a gravity system, a wastewater distribution system in Mekarsari Village that channels wastewater from higher areas to lower areas. This system is commonly used because it does not require additional energy. This end system uses a pipe network connected to the Wastewater Treatment Plant (IPAL) to treat wastewater before being reused. The condition of the domestic wastewater piping in Mekarsari Village is still in good or normal condition. Leaks or loss of discharge have not been found, this is because the pipes used are iron pipes.
Yumensi KakaAminullah AminullahNi Made Nia Bunga Surya Dewi

This research is a case study of road damage in Mekarsari Village. This study was conducted in the Mekarsari Village area, selecting a 3-km road segment with a width of >4 meters, located in the Mekarsari area of West Lombok Regency. The results showed that the 3-km road segment studied in Mekarsari Village had a total damage volume of 106 m3, consisting of several types of damage: cracks (61 m2), pavement (9 m2), subsidence (3 m3), thickness (8 m3), and grooves (25 m). Therefore, the dominant type of damage was cracks (61 m2). The condition rating for the road segment was 6, indicating a condition requiring routine maintenance.
Albina Alfrida GolluAminullah AminullahBagus Widhi Dharma S.
