This research aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by GiCell in the face of fierce market competition, identify factors that affect competitiveness, and analyze the challenges faced. In addition, this research also examines the implementation of pricing and supply strategies applied by GiCell. The methodology used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection through direct observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used is inductive analysis, which aims to develop a deeper understanding based on the data found. The results show that GiCell has several strengths that become competitive advantages, including strategic location, satisfactory customer service, good product quality, and after-sales service that is trusted by customers. These strengths contribute greatly to GiCell's competitiveness, which is able to survive and thrive despite the increasingly fierce market competition
