Every construction project has the potential risk of work accidents that can cause losses in terms of time, costs, and worker safety. This study aims to identify the types and levels of work accident risks in a two-story residential building construction project in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the Rating Scale technique, processed using SPSS version 31. Primary data was obtained through a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability, while secondary data came from literature and project documents. Respondents numbered 49 people, consisting of foremen, head craftsmen, and workers. The results showed that the highest risks in the upper structure were workers being hit by materials and falling from a height. In the lower structure, the dominant risks were injuries caused by digging tools and excavated soil. In MEP work, the main risks were falls from a height and electric shock. Risk control is recommended through daily K3 inspections, warning signs, the use of PPE, and increasing occupational safety awareness.
