This research was conducted at the STIE Satya Dharma Singaraja School of Economics which aims to determine the implementation of spiritual-based organizational culture in forming organizational commitment on the STIE Satya Dharma Singaraja campus. To manage data using qualitative descriptive methods. This method is carried out by describing research results in the form of phenomena so that later researchers can draw research conclusions. The data obtained from this research comes from lecturer job description data, lecturer service data, a general description of the campus as well as the organizational structure and history of the campus. To collect data using interview, documentation and observation techniques. The results of the research found that the implementation of spiritually based organizational culture in forming organizational commitment on the STIE Satya Dharma Singaraja campus. Judging from the organizational culture that supports a commitment is job satisfaction, then from the spiritual values that exist on the STIE Satya Dharma campus are cooperation and care and cooperation which will build a commitment.
