This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of an integrated entrepreneurship education model that combines theoretical and practical approaches within a continuous learning system. The research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design, involving 30 students from the Faculty of Economics, University of Mataram, who attended the Entrepreneurship course. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation of student business projects, and were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana interactive model with thematic analysis techniques.
The results indicate that the implementation of the integrated model significantly improved students’ entrepreneurial skills by 44%, particularly in creativity, decision-making, and risk management. Furthermore, students demonstrated higher motivation and confidence to engage in entrepreneurial activities after undergoing reflection sessions and mentorship with business practitioners. The integration of theoretical and practical learning proved effective in developing an entrepreneurial mindset that is adaptive, action-oriented, and collaborative. This study concludes that the integrated entrepreneurship education model represents an innovative and contextually relevant approach to modern higher education, and can be replicated across universities to strengthen experiential-based entrepreneurship education and promote sustainable entrepreneurial behavior among students
