The research was conducted at the Greenhouse of Universitas 45 Mataram from November to December 2025 using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The treatments consisted of five AMF application rates: P0 (without AMF), P1 (10 g AMF), P2 (15 g AMF), P3 (20 g AMF), and P4 (25 g AMF). Each treatment was replicated four times, resulting in a total of 20 experimental units. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, fresh biomass weight, root weight, and shoot weight. The data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), followed by Tukey’s Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test at the 5% significance level. The result demonstrated that AMF application had a significant effect on the number of leaves and root weight. The best vegetative response was obtained from the application of 20 g and 25 g AMF per pot. The 25 g AMF treatment produced the highest root weight, reaching 20 g per plant, while the 20 g treatment resulted in the highest number of leaves. In contrast, AMF application did not significantly affect plant height, fresh biomass weight, or shoot weight of red chili pepper.
Muhammad Mali Aminullah, Baiq Azizah Haryantini, Baharuddin Baharuddin Copyright (c) 2026 Muhammad Mali Aminullah, Baiq Azizah Haryantini, Baharuddin Baharuddin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.yalamqa.com/index.php/gara/article/view/738 Wed, 02 Sep 2026 00:00:00 +0700 Analisis Stres Kerja dan Employee Engagement Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Departemen Food and Beverage Samabe https://jurnal.yalamqa.com/index.php/gara/article/view/751
The hospitality industry is required to maintain service quality through optimal employee performance. In practice, victims often encounter obstacles in the evidentiary process due to cognitive limitations and a criminal justice system approach that tends to be overly formalistic. This study aims to examine the fulfillment of rights for victims of sexual crimes who have intellectual disabilities and analyzes the judge's *ratio decidendi* in Judgment Number 1245/Pid.B/2023/PN.Mdn using a normative method, supported by statutory and case-based approaches. A judicial approach is employed to conduct an in-depth analysis of the legal aspects of the case. The research demonstrates that the fulfillment of victims' rights has not been fully realized and that judicial reasoning remains focused on formal proof, failing to accommodate victim-oriented justice. Business feasibility analysis is a method used to assess whether a business is viable from both financial and economic perspectives. The research questions addressed in this study are: What are the investment costs, operational costs, revenues, and profits of the floating lift-net business in the waters of Batu Nampar, Jerowaru District, East Lombok Regency? Is the floating lift-net business in this area financially viable? What strategies are appropriate for developing this business? A quantitative descriptive research method was employed. The study found the following figures for the floating lift-net business in Batu Nampar Village: investment cost of Rp 62,120,000; total monthly cost of Rp 26,888,333; monthly revenue of Rp 37,875,000; and monthly profit of Rp 10,986,666.67. Financial analysis yielded an R/C ratio of 1.4, a Break-Even Point (BEP) in quantity of approximately 20,137 kg, a BEP in price of approximately Rp 1,271,063.9, and a Payback Period (PP) of 7 months and 5 days. The purpose of this study is to investigate the degree to which the provisions of the Civil Code can accommodate the evolution of contracts in the digital age, as well as to assess the effectiveness of the concept of pacta sunt servanda in relation to electronic contracts. A legislative strategy, a conceptual approach, and a normative legal technique are all used in this research project. The Civil Code, Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions as revised by Law Number 19 of 2016, and other rules that are relevant to the information and transactions are the key legal sources that are used. Even if there are obstacles in terms of evidence, digital signature validity, and jurisdiction, the findings demonstrate that the concept of pacta sunt servanda continues to be applicable and a key basis in electronic contracts. With the assistance of specialized rules that control the technological and procedural features of electronic transactions, the Civil Code will still be able to be used in electronic contracts as a general contract law. In order to provide legal certainty in the execution of electronic contracts, this study comes to the conclusion that there is a need for harmonisation between the requirements of the Civil Code and current laws and regulations. One direct consequence of divorce is the husband’s obligation to fulfil his former wife’s civil rights in the form of madhiyah maintenance, iddah maintenance including housing and clothing, mut’ah, child maintenance, and the division of marital property. For divorce committed by the State Civil Apparatus, Article 8 of Government Regulation Number 10 of 1983 also applies, requiring the division of salary to the former wife until she lawfully remarries. This study aims to analyse the fulfilment of the wife’s civil rights in talak divorce cases of the State Civil Apparatus and the problems arising from the application of that provision. The findings show that talak through judicial proceedings aims to prevent arbitrariness by the husband, so that judges may order lump-sum payment of maintenance before the talak pledge is pronounced and impose dwangsom for late payment. While shadow cabinets have functioned effectively in Westminster democracies as formal opposition institutions, their development in Indonesia remains fragmented due to structural factors including party cartelization, weak institutionalization of opposition roles, and electoral system dynamics that incentivize coalition-building over adversarial parliamentary opposition. Through systematic literature review and documentary analysis, this study argues that shadow cabinets offer Indonesia a viable institutional framework to strengthen horizontal accountability, formalize opposition functions in multiparty presidential systems, and enhance democratic resilience against executive dominance. The research identifies three critical gaps in Indonesian democratic practice: (1) the absence of formal opposition recognition in constitutional law; (2) weak differentiation between government and opposition parties; and (3) fragmented mechanisms for systematic scrutiny of executive performance. We propose that formalized shadow cabinet institutions could serve as a 'democratic sparring partner' to strengthen legislative oversight, institutionalize government accountability, and contribute to democratic deepening in the world's largest emerging Muslim democracy. The article concludes with actionable recommendations for constitutional reform and electoral system modifications to facilitate shadow cabinet institutionalization while accounting for Indonesia's specific institutional context
Awaludin Awaludin, Ria Sukandi, Agus Dedi Putrawan Copyright (c) 2026 Agus Dedi Putrawan, Awaludin Awaludin, Ria Sukandi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.yalamqa.com/index.php/gara/article/view/783 Sat, 05 Sep 2026 00:00:00 +0700
