Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is essential in the implementation of construction work. For this reason, efforts to prevent the risk of work accidents need to be considered, one of which is by implementing K3. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health on workers' performance in the Klungkung Regency Public Service Mall Building project. The sampling technique applied in this study is using the total sampling technique, data collection by distributing questionnaires. The instrument used is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, by taking objects from Balinese ornament workers in the Klungkung Regency Public Service Mall Building Project. From the results of the analysis of the Effect of the Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health on Worker Performance, a negative regression coefficient value was obtained, this result means that the influence of Occupational Safety and Health did not have a positive and significant effect on worker performance, but based on the results of the determination coefficient test, it gave a result where the magnitude of the R2 value (determination coefficient) was 0.767, this shows that the variable variation in worker performance is simultaneously had a significant influence by the variables Occupational Safety and Occupational Health by 76.7%, while the remaining 23.3% were influenced by other factors not tested in the study.
