Road Performance Review Due To Trip Generation And Attractions Towards West Nusa Tenggara Province Hospital

The Integrated Emergency Installation (IGD Terpadu) constructed at the West Nusa Tenggara Provincial Hospital has caused an increase in traffic density on the road network around the NTB Provincial Hospital, so it is necessary to review road services due to the additional traffic load. This research was evaluated of changes value in road network services due to trip generation and attraction to the NTB Provincial Hospital before and after construction. Trip generation and trip distribution indicators on the road network around the hospital was used to evaluate changes in road services, and a traffic modeling approach was used to explain the condition of road services 5 years after construction to. The Do Nothing and Do Something models are used to measure the effect of trip generation and attraction on road service performance after the building is operational. The research shown that there was an increase in traffic volume every year so that road services are decreasing annually. The performance of Prabu Rangka Sari road services has decreased slightly such as in 2023th LOS = C, in 2024th LOS = C, but if no there are no handling was carried out (do nothing) in 2028th the degree of saturation increased until 47%, and road service performance decreases to LOS = E, Raden Mas Panji Anom road section in 2023th LOS = B, in 2024th LOS = B and in 2028th decreased LOS = C, only Jalan Jaya Lengkara in 2023th, 2024th to 2029th road service performance (LOS) = B
